As the situation around COVID-19 escalates and our opportunity to “flatten the curve” is now, RS Express has made decisions which will change the way we do business for the time being.
Our office staff are gradually moving to working from home where possible. While being very conscience of maintaining the best of service to our customers, we are asking you to place all orders, or as many as possible, online. For all orders that are emailed, please allow 10 minutes for a reply. If you do not receive a reply within this time frame, we ask that you follow up with a second email which states that you are “following up” in the subject line of the email. We may be receiving higher volumes than anticipated and will be busy processing orders on a first come, first served basis.
Online ordering is the preferred method and the most timely. With all online and email orders, be sure to include a contact name and number we can call if there is a problem with a pick up or delivery or further information as required.
